Australia – Standard Delivery
FREE standard shipping Australia wide on all orders.
Most parcels are dispatched within 3–5 business days of purchase.
- Melbourne metro: typically 2–5 business days
- Other Australian locations: typically 3–8 business days
Please note that delivery can take a little longer during peak periods such as holidays or seasonal peaks.
Australia – Express Shipping
If you’d like your artwork sooner, Express Post is available at checkout.
- Express delivery: approx 1–3 business days within Australia.
International Shipping
All international orders may be subject to customs duties or local taxes in the destination country; these charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Tracking & Notifications
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Address Accuracy
Please double check your shipping details before completing your order. If an address needs correcting before dispatch, let us know right away so we can update it for you. We’re unable to issue refunds if an order is delivered to an incorrect address supplied at checkout.
Customs, Taxes & Duties
If your order is sent outside Australia, please be aware that any local taxes, customs fees or import duties charged in your country are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are set by your local authorities and aren’t included in the price or shipping cost.
Damages & Delivery Issues
We pack all artworks with great care to ensure they arrive safely. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging, and we’ll work with you to make it right.
Packaging & Care
Original artworks and limited edition prints are professionally packed to protect them in transit.
- Prints are usually rolled and sent in sturdy tubes unless otherwise specified.
- Larger or framed works are carefully boxed with protective materials.
Proper packaging ensures your artwork reaches you in pristine condition.
